You check availability by selecting your dates and number of guests. We show you which of the twelve units are free for those dates. Units are not browsable as a standing catalogue, only by availability.

No account or sign-up is required to book. You provide your name, email, phone number and any special requests, then complete payment to confirm the reservation.

A unit is held for you temporarily while you complete checkout, and each apartment can only be booked once for a given check-in date, so double bookings are not possible.

Bookings are paid for and confirmed through Waychit Gambia. Your reservation is confirmed once your Waychit Gambia payment is completed, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and receipt.

Cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a 100% refund, 3–6 days before check-in for a 50% refund, or under 3 days before check-in for no refund.

Your refund percentage and amount are calculated automatically based on your check-in date at the time you cancel. The Waychit Gambia refund itself is then processed manually on our end, so allow a little time for it to reach you.

Only guests with a confirmed booking that has been completed can leave a review. After your check-out date passes, we email you a unique review link tied to your booking so you can submit a rating and written review, no account or login required.

Diamond Edge Apartments is twelve uniquely named and styled two-bedroom units across two blocks and three floors in Kotu, The Gambia. Every unit includes a master bedroom, a standard bedroom, a dining area, a sitting room, two private balconies, a kitchen with a microwave, fridge/freezer, electric table top cooker and heat extractor, two air conditioners, and high-speed WiFi.
