What We Collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any special requests you add. When you leave a review, we collect your star rating and written review, tied to your booking.
No account is required to book or to leave a review, so we don't collect a password or hold a persistent guest profile.
Payments
Payments are processed directly by Wave. We don't store your card or payment details ourselves, only your payment status and receipt for the booking.
How We Use Your Information
We use your details to confirm and manage your booking, to send you booking, cancellation and review emails, and to let the property admin view and manage bookings through the admin dashboard.
Who We Share It With
Your payment is handled by Wave. Booking, cancellation and review emails are sent through Resend. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
Reviews
A review you submit, including your written review and star rating, is displayed publicly on our homepage. Only guests with a confirmed, completed booking can submit one, using a unique link emailed to you after check-out.
Security
The site is served over SSL, and booking and availability requests are rate-limited to help prevent abuse.
